Total voting rights

The Company's total issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) consists of 45,436,823 shares of 1 penny each. Science Group holds 749,051 shares in treasury and a further 34,800 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust. The total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is therefore 45,402,023.

The figure of 45,402,023 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
