Treasury shares issued

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 26 October 2018 the Company issued 5,000 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.

For the purposes of Rule 2.9 of the Takeover Code, the Company has in issue 40,035,027 ordinary shares (excluding treasury shares) of 1 pence each with ISIN number GB00B39GTJ17.
