Change to buyback reporting

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, with effect from 2 November 2026 and in line with changes to the AIM Rules, the Company will change the frequency of its buyback reporting from daily to weekly. The operation of the buyback is unchanged but the simplified reporting will reduce administrative burden and volume of RNS notifications.
