With immediate effect, Peel Hunt LLP has been appointed as joint corporate broker to Science Group plc, alongside Panmure Liberum Limited.

Panmure Liberum Limited remains the Group’s Nominated Adviser and will continue to manage the delegated buy-back programme.

Science Group released a trading update on 13 October 2025 and reiterates that the Group remains on track to deliver another strong performance for the year ending 31 December 2025.  Consistent with recent practice, the Board anticipates providing a further update in mid-January 2026.
