Science Group announces that it has today posted to shareholders a Notice of General Meeting to be held on 30 September 2021.
The purpose of the General Meeting is renew authorities to issue shares; update the Board’s buy-back authority; share option matters; and an administrative correction.
A copy will shortly be available from Investor information in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
