Transaction in own shares and Total Voting Rights

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 28 April 2023, it purchased 5,300 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 404.0 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 404.0 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 404.0 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Liberum Capital Limited.

The number of shares purchased represented 0.01% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 45,288,101. Science Group holds 897,773 shares in treasury and a further 34,800 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust. The total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is therefore 45,253,301.
