Treasury shares issued

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 21 September 2022 the Company issued 6,667 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options. 

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 45,410,157.  Science Group holds 775,717 shares in treasury and a further 104,400 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust.  The total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is therefore 45,305,757
