Treasury shares issued and total voting rights

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that on 14 June 2021 the Company issued 3,000 treasury shares at an average price of 1 pence per share in settlement of the exercise of share options.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 41,239,726. Science Group holds 822,309 shares in treasury and a further 104,400 shares are held by the Frontier Smart Technologies Employee Benefit Trust. The total number of voting rights in the Company following this announcement is therefore 41,135,326.

The figure of 41,135,326 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
